If you have an existing Free HTC Trend Micro Security Suite you should upgrade to the NEW FREE version for more features and protection.

How can I get the newest version of Trend Micro Security Suite?
Click on the Download and Manage Software tab, click on the Get License Key to display the currently activated keys. Select the License Key for the computer you want to upgrade and press the Swap Key. If you are unsure of which key is associated with which computer, click on the Trend Micro icon in the lower right portion of your screen and Open the Main Console. Click on Other Settings and then select Subscription. The original key is displayed as the Serial number. Then you can go back to the Download and Manage Software page and press the Swap Key button next to the correct key to be issued a new one that can be used when installing your Titanium version of Trend Micro Security Suite.

How do I get Trend Micro™ ?
Visit www.htcconnect.com and click on the Trend Micro link in the blue box on the left side of the page.

Do I need Trend Micro on each of my computers if I have a network?
You do need to install Trend Micro on each computer to provide protection to every computer in your network.
*Security Suite not recommended for commercially networked computers.

How long will it take to download?
It may take up to 10 minutes to Save and Complete the Installation of the software onto your PC/MAC.

Does it matter what Operating System, Memory, or Browser I have?
Yes, please refer to the system requirements chart provided on the download pages for Trend Micro.

What if my Operating System and/or browser worked for the previous Trend Micro but not for this one?
First uninstall the version you are currently running, then go to the download page and select the version you were using and download and install using the new Product Registration Serial Number to ensure it will not expire for an additional year.

Where can I locate my Product Registration Serial Number?
Login using your HTC email username and password on the Download and Manage Software page to access your personal license keys.
Each HTC residential internet subscriber can access license keys to activate three copies of Trend Micro.
If you forget your license key, simply login with your email username and password to retrieve it from the Download and Manage Software page.

What if I don’t understand how to configure my Trend Micro product after it is downloaded?
Standard configuration settings will be automatically established when the product is installed.  These settings are appropriate for most installations but you should verify the configuration to determine if the settings are correct for your use. The product is very intuitive, so most people can simply navigate through the software and select the configuration options that are appropriate for them.

Can my friends also get Trend Micro™ ?
Yes, if they also have HTC Internet Service, they can be protected for FREE. If they are not an HTC Internet Service customer they can purchase Trend Micro™ Security products from an authorized reseller.
